Intervals

Tonight was my interval run. I really look forward to these as they are different than my normal training runs.
10 minute warm up walk

10 minutes @ Easy pace
10 minutes @ 9:33 minutes per mile ( 6.3MPH)
10 minutes @ Easy pace

Total time was 30 minutes
Distance was 2.95 miles

10 minute cool down walk
